You must be willing, ready and able to buy portfolios immediately after the vetting process is completed. We do not work with daisy chains and we do not work with companies or individuals that have a history of trouble in our industry.

We verify every seller
We work directly with many Banks, Asset companies, Hedge Funds, and other financial institutions in order to match Bulk REO inventory to meet our client's needs. Like our buyers, our sellers are also fully verified.

We verify every mandate
We recognize the importance of working with professional brokers. So, we work only with authorized mandates. If you are a broker and have a client who has interest in buying or selling property, then follow our protocol.  You must be able to get your buyer / seller on the phone and comply with the vetting process. No exceptions and no negotiations are considered.
